Modern methods.
The Suffolk County Community College Field House boasts an 8 lane, 25 meter, pool or 12 lane, 25 yard pool. It has been the site of high school Section XI county championships for the past 5 years.The pool features 18 spillover gutters and nonturbulent lane lines and its bulkhead can be moved to better work on flipturns and to make all lanes closer and more visible. Additionally, each lane has a KDI Paragon starting block.
The fieldhouse itself has a 1/4 mile track and plenty of room to use for dry land training.
